Since then, the State of AZ has removed that access with concrete barriers and access is only from W Brook Drive and Linden. Currently there is a dirt dam that prevents vehicle access from Linden. Seller confirmed with the State and the County that neither entity constructed the dirt dam. Now the seller is not in a position to remove the dirt dam placed by unknown person or persons.
